Who we are
At our core, we are a value-led, results-focused enterprise that blends commercial discipline with strategic foresight. With deep insight into Nigeria’s regulatory environment and energy potential, we are committed to transforming underutilized resources into long-term prosperity for our investors, communities, and partners.
Our purpose
Our purpose defines our direction: we believe that Nigeria’s natural resources — when acquired, managed, and commercialized responsibly — can fuel sustainable development. OBMFL exists to invest in, optimize, and monetize upstream oil and gas assets, ensuring each investment delivers enduring value across the economic and social spectrum.
As a company active in both asset investment and crude oil trading, we bridge the upstream and marketing divide. From portfolio development to profit realization, we turn energy into opportunity — strategically, responsibly, and transparently.
Our strategy is rooted in portfolio-led integration — aligning upstream investment with downstream trading capabilities to create a self-sustaining energy value chain.
