Lawrence is a distinguished corporate leader, governance consultant, and cross-sector strategist with more than 30 years of experience spanning business development, enterprise leadership, and corporate oversight in both the United Kingdom and Nigeria. As a Director of Omega Butler Marginal Fields Limited (OBMFL), he provides visionary leadership, long-term strategic planning, and board-level governance that align with the company’s mission of sustainable and ethical energy development.

He is a co-founder and Chairman of Omega‑Butler International Ltd (Omega-Butler), a UK-registered enterprise, where he has championed compliance-driven growth and operational excellence since 2018. His previous executive experience includes leading roles at WP Phones International (UK) Ltd and The London Chop and Porter House Ltd, where he oversaw business strategy and development until the businesses ceased operations in the mid-2000s.
